Blue Ball Consultancy was set up due to an increase in demand for the services requiring a more bespoke approach to property. Over several years within the property sector, as well as in numerous other industries, the director has acquired valuable knowledge which can assist a broad range of property buyers, sellers and investors.

Property consultancy started within Blue Ball Developments (formally Skyline Developments) on an ad-hoc basis where landlords approached us to assist with redevelopments of residential and commercial properties. Over recent years, we have assisted with a variety of redevelopments and land/property sourcing schemes on a consultancy basis as well as property disposals alongside our partners.

Due to demand, in 2023 we started a new company to establish ourselves in this market and look forward to working with national and multinational commercial companies to source land and properties to expand their portfolios and presence in the marketplace. We also are actively looking for commercial landlords with vacant properties or soon to be vacant properties to assist them in finding the best quality tenant and in turn creating a higher value property.
