Blue Ball Holdings was created several years ago when we purchased a block of flats in Bournemouth. The purpose of the company was to solely be used for this project, however we have decided to take a different path with our property journey.

In the past we have found it more productive to sell our stock rather than retain and hold due to uncertain relationships with tenants and agents. We have now created a solid framework of successful business partners where we now look to retain and hold our properties where financially viable.

Each property is assessed individually and our focus is to retain property while providing high quality and purposeful residential and commercial units to the market.
