We not only source land but welcome land/property owners to allow us to manage a planning application on their behalf as part of the consultancy part of the business. On occasion we have joint ventured on projects with other companies and individuals.

Example of Past Projects.

The Esplanade, Weymouth – Below market value purchase and refurbishment.

This project was sourced from a local agent where we purchased 2 blocks of apartments with retail units on The Esplanade in Weymouth, overlooking the beach and sea. We immediately commenced refurbishment works to the empty apartments to bring them to a modern standard and sourced tenants for the retails units. All apartments and retail units were sold in 2020.

York Road, Poole – Land source and planning application.

This property was on the market with a local agent and after discussions with the seller, a subject to planning offer was agreed. There were numerous discussions with the local planning authority with regards to design, parking and viability of flats in the area. The application went to the Planning Committee to decide its outcome and was given a unanimous approval for apartments located 200 meters from the main shops in the popular Poole suburb of Broadstone in Dorset.

High Street, Poole – Planning consultancy and planning application.

This challenging project was for a conversion of a nightclub to a commercial unit on the ground floor, residential apartments on the first floor and planning for an extra floor to the existing building for additional units. After overcoming numerous obstacles such as parking and design, the local authority approved the scheme and granted planning permission much to the delight of the owner.

National Leisure Provider

We were approached by a national leisure provider who were looking for a new location in the south of the UK. After determining their requirements, a suitable area and property were sought together with consultation on lease terms.
