We were approached by a client to assist with the sale of a historical building on the northern coast of Rugen Island, close to the popular tourist town of Binz.

The property is situated in an area known as Prora with the building completed in 1939 upon the instruction of Hitler as holiday homes for the SS and given the name ‘The Colossus of Prora’. At the time, the whole property was the widest building in the world at an astonishing 3 miles (5km) wide.

Our client has tasked us with finding a suitable buyer for a hotel, gym, spa and wellness centre in block one and ideally someone who shares the vision of the enormous potential of this stunning building and continue the story of this piece of history.
